Call for volunteers to support UBC Spring graduation ceremonies

April 8, 2026

UBC’s Spring 2026 graduation ceremonies will take place on the Vancouver campus from May 20-22 and May 25-28 and on the Okanagan campus from June 4-5 with more than 12,000 students celebrating this important milestone.

Get involved by volunteering to support the event. As a volunteer, you will play an instrumental role in making the experience memorable for everyone.

A number of volunteering opportunities are available for faculty and staff during the graduation ceremonies and at the Alumni Welcome Receptions following every ceremony on both campuses. Find out what you can do to show your support at the various locations.
