Thank you to all those faculty and staff who submitted messages of gratitude. We had over 200 submissions from all parts of the university! We had such an incredible response that we’ve had to bundle them into small groups. Take a look below to see if there is a message for you.

    UBC Okanagan announces newest Principal’s Research Chairs

    Three outstanding researchers from UBC Okanagan have been recognized with the title of Principal’s Research Chair.The Principal’s Research Chairs (PRC) program is an initiative that provides financial research support for UBC Okanagan faculty engaged in outstanding research or creative scholarship.     Participate in Orange Shirt Day on Sept. 30

    Every year on Sept. 30, people across Canada wear orange and participate in Orange Shirt Day events to recognize and raise awareness about the history and consequences of the residential school system in Canada. It is an opportunity for everyone to engage with the legacies of the residential school system and show their solidarity.
