Apply to the Developing Leaders Program by July 20

Applications are now open for 'INSPIRE: The Developing Leaders Program', UBC's flagship leadership development program for people leaders with 1 to 4 years of management experience.

Open to Management & Professional (M&P) staff at the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses who manage direct reports, the program combines interactive workshops, practical activities, and peer learning to help participants strengthen their leadership skills while building connections with leaders from across the university.

The application deadline is noon on Monday, July 20.
