Describe what you do at UBC in 10 words or less:

I build meaningful connections and bring communities together through events.

What work achievement are you most proud of?

I'm most proud of the systems I've built that help me manage multiple projects simultaneously while creating a seamless and effortless experience for the UBC Sauder community. We've recently started using Asana, a project management software, where I've helped to create workflows that help our coordinators juggle multiple concurrent events without worrying about missing any tasks or deadlines. I also stay on top of Workday updates to make sure our finance tracking stays current, and I am proactive in leading the documentation of our service standards and SOPs. It's behind-the-scenes work, but it keeps our operations running smoothly and makes life easier for the whole team.

What three words would others use to describe you?

Creative: Always asking the questions that others may miss. 
Efficient: A chaos manager handling multiple competing priorities. 
Adaptable: A problem-solver who always has the answers or finds them fast.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

I'm passionate about dance, cultural experiences, and travel. Bringing these interests together, I've co-created an online community with over 100K followers!
