Apply for the 2024/25 Maximizing Impact cohort

All non-tenured faculty at the level of assistant professor in the educational leadership and research streams who are within their first three years at UBC are invited to apply to be a part of this year’s cohort.

Maximizing Impact is an eight-month cohort-based program, now entering its fifth year. This year’s cohort will include 35 faculty members from both the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses. This program provides mentorship and coaching to engage early-career academics and educational leaders in maximizing the impact of their research, teaching, and leadership.

    The UBC Okanagan community is invited to give their feedback regarding an update to the existing UBC Okanagan campus plan. The campus plan, which was created in 2015, is being updated to inform how UBC Okanagan will use its land over the next 20 years. The first round of engagement took place in spring 2024.
