Sustainability Education Fellowships are awarded to faculty members at UBC Vancouver who are leading the design of new sustainability courses and programs. Fellows receive funding of up to $20,000 over two years to develop new curriculum and contribute to advancing sustainability and wellbeing education at UBC.
The deadline to apply is May 13.
41 community-led projects have received $294,385 in funding across UBC Vancouver and UBC Okanagan, as part of the Strategic Equity and Anti-Racism (StEAR) Enhancement Fund. These projects cover a broad range of topics:
Faculty and staff who self-identify as an individual with a disability, a disabled person, or as having a chronic health condition are asked to consider completing an anonymous 5-minute survey to help develop a course on disability inclusion.The Centre for Workplace Accessibility is creating the disability inclusion course and is seeking feedback from disabled employees by May 13.Learn more
