Participate in UBC's Remembrance Day ceremony

November 4, 2024

2024 marks the 74rd year that the University of British Columbia has hosted a Remembrance Day ceremony. All UBC students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to attend—to honour and remember all those who served in times of war, military conflict and peace.

The university community is invited to join the event at the Vancouver campus War Memorial Gym on Nov. 11.

In addition, several commemorative ceremonies and events will take place across Canada to mark Veterans' Week. UBC Okanagan faculty and staff are encouraged to attend a ceremony in their local community.
