Applications open to host Indigenous youth in summer research program

Faculty members in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) fields are invited to submit a seed2STEM proposal to host Indigenous youth in a summer research program.The seed2STEM program provides Indigenous high school students with paid six-week internships from July 7 to August 15, offering hands-on experience to inspire their interest in STEM fields. Research Excellence Clusters at UBC Vancouver to tackle key challenges

Twenty-three Research Excellence Clusters led by researchers at UBC Vancouver are being funded through the 2025/26 Grants for Catalyzing Research Clusters (GCRC). A further 19 clusters are in the second year of their GCRC funding.
