Participate in UBC Thrive to support mental health literacy

UBC's mental health and literacy campaign, Thrive is an annual event in November which encourages the UBC community to explore the resources and initiatives available to help support their mental health.

During this year's Thrive month, faculty and staff are invited to attend a Thrive event, become a Thrive partner, learn how to discuss mental health and explore the resources available to support their own mental health all year round.
