The annual Thrive mental health campaign is dedicated to making the UBC community aware of the resources and initiatives available year-round to support mental health and wellbeing. This November, take time to explore ways to support your mental health.
From Nov. 1 – Nov. 30., attend events, apply for grants, and explore resources, such as the Mental Health Continuum (a new mental health self-assessment tool for faculty and staff).
