Administrative units moving in 2020-21
UBC Okanagan has experienced tremendous increases in student enrolment and research activities over the past several years. To accommodate this growth and organize and optimize administrative departments spaces, a number of units have relocated or will be relocating over the next few months.
Please note that most units continue to operate under some degree of remote working arrangements due to COVID-19 safety rules and may not be always physically present on campus. Their electronic and phone contact information remains the same.
To date, the following units have completed their moves:
- Human Resources (OM1, Office Modular 1 - East of E-Lot)
- Finance Operations -- Payroll and Accounts Payable (OM1, Office Modular 1 – East of E Lot)
- Campus Planning (OM1, Office Modular 1 – East of E Lot)
- Infrastructure Development (ADM 002)
- Facilities Management and Energy Team (PBV, University House Modular)
Later this fall the Office of the Vice-Principal, Research and Innovation, will be relocating to ADM 006, with University Relations, Development and Alumni Engagement, Okanagan Planning and Institutional Research (OPAIR) and Cybersecurity expected to move to the Innovation Annex (IA1) 3505 Spectrum Drive in early 2020.
