Share your thoughts on equity, diversity and inclusion challenges in UBC research

Recently, UBC conducted a self-assessment of its research ecosystem and identified challenges that affect equity, diversity and inclusion.
As a member of the UBC community, you are invited to view data from the self-assessment, provide your feedback and help inform the next stages of the project, including the development of an action plan to improve EDI in the university’s research ecosystem.
This institutional self-assessment is part of UBC’s Dimensions project that aims to identify systemic obstacles and inequities experienced by members of underserved, marginalized and excluded groups. It also incorporates information from previous consultations at UBC.
