UBC United Way campaign raises almost half a million dollars for BC communities

Every fall, UBC comes together in support of our community through the annual UBC United Way Campaign. We are pleased to share that this year’s campaign was no exception. We demonstrated our commitment to building stronger communities by:

• engaging the support of 800 donors and nearly 300 volunteers;
• hosting over 60 events and initiatives to fundraise and raise awareness about United Way; and
• raising almost $500K in support of our local communities

Thank you to the UBC community for once again embracing the annual United Way campaign. Your contribution has made a lasting impact for individuals and families in our communities both in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan.
