4 January, 2022

Move UBC is an annual university-wide initiative in February to encourage the UBC community to move more and sit less. During Move UBC month, you can learn about the benefits of moving more, get tips on getting active, and participate in virtual events and initiatives.

If you have ideas on how you can help our community move more and move well, apply for a grant to host an event during Move UBC month.
