Submit your tuition waiver for 2024 summer session credit courses by July 31

July 8, 2024

Due to ongoing work to transition UBC’s student information system to Workday Student, from July 31, faculty and staff will be unable to submit a tuition waiver via Workday for 2024 summer credit courses (i.e. courses that started on or before July 3, 2024).

Tuition waivers being submitted after July 31 must be done via a general Workday support request.

Faculty and staff who wish to submit a tuition waiver for a 2024 winter session credit course (i.e. courses starting on Sept. 3, 2024 and beyond) will be able to do so from Aug. 1, 2024.
