Tell us how you're partnering with others to make an impact
May 5, 2025
Are you collaborating with others to drive meaningful change and make a positive impact within or beyond the university? If so, we want to hear from you.
Each year, we run a story series through UBC Today, spotlighting the great work of our faculty and staff community. Recognizing that partnering is key to success at UBC, we’re looking for stories that showcase the unique or impactful collaborations happening within the university and alongside external partners.
Whether you're developing something new, strengthening connections or working to address pressing challenges, we want to hear about it. All story ideas are welcome—no collaboration is too big or too small, and priority is given to showcase stories that haven’t received the spotlight before.
Here are some examples of what we are interested in:
- Are you collaborating across campuses or learning sites?
- Are you working with colleagues or teams in another Faculty to build new interdisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning?
- Are you working with colleagues in other units to help drive innovation within the university?
- Are you collaborating to enable greater access to funding, equipment or spaces?
- Are you leading a project with colleagues and/or external partners (e.g. community, industry or government partners) to translate research into social impact?
The deadline to submit a story idea is 5pm on June 6.
