You are invited to complete UBC’s updated Employment Equity Census by Oct. 31. This year, questions and response options have changed.
This online census helps inform university's understanding of the diversity of faculty and staff and efforts to improve employment practices, and supports compliance and access to federal funding programs. It also reflects greater alignment with UBC’s data standards and adherence to federal data collection and reporting guidelines, and provides detailed information on data collection definitions and rationales.
The census takes three minutes, and your information will remain confidential and secure.
