A message from Lesley Cormack, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Principal, UBC Okanagan

Dear colleagues,

I want to thank those that attended the DVC Town Hall last Thursday. I hope that you found the information we shared a valuable use of your time.

It has been a massive undertaking to welcome students, faculty and staff back to campus, and I want to thank each of you for your continued perseverance and your dedication to our university and its mission. You have all worked incredibly hard and endured much in the past year. Thank you to all students, faculty and staff who are now fully vaccinated — or in the process of completing that process — and are doing their best to protect themselves and others.

Our campus has measures in place to ensure our collective return is as safe as possible. These are important behavioural and operational changes to which we should all adhere.
