Applications open for the UBC Wellbeing Strategic Initiative Fund

As a faculty or staff member, you can apply for a UBC Wellbeing Strategic Initiative Fund before June 4. These funds are granted to departments and units in Vancouver and the Okanagan to support the university's commitment to the Okanagan Charter to become a health and wellbeing-promoting institution, as outlined in UBC's Wellbeing Strategic Framework.

Submit a proposal for the PhD Collab Pilot program

Faculty members are invited to submit a proposal for the PhD Collab Pilot program - an initiative that offers up to $100,000 in funding for PhD student and faculty teams who are working together to address complex questions or problems. Letters of intent for the 2025/26 PhD Collab pilot are due by 5:00 pm on June 13. For full details about the initiative, a list of key deadlines and details about how to register for a virtual info session, visit the Collaborative PhD website.
