The best part of my job is being surrounded by a supportive, inclusive, positive team that is always looking forward. That and being able to work at UBCO in Kelowna... it cannot get better than this!

What trait do you most admire in others?

I admire resilience in others; the ability to recover quickly in difficult situations. Especially today in this upside-down world. But honestly resilience in our communities inspires me; being able to hold each other up and be strong for each other.

What do you do to ensure a healthy/work life balance?

To ensure a healthy work/life balance, I have learned that it is okay to say no in social situations and stay home during the evening, or during the weekend. Not letting the pressure of wanting to please others govern my choices and happiness.
