What is the best thing about your work/role at UBC?
I cherish the diversity of tasks and responsibilities I tackle each day in my role at UBC. It is invigorating to continuously learn new technical skills that I wouldn't have the chance to acquire elsewhere. What truly makes my experience exceptional is the camaraderie among my coworkers. I'm grateful for the supportive team I work with, where we share insights, knowledge, and a fantastic rapport.
What trait do you most admire in others?
I really admire people who put in the hard work and follow their passions. Seeing someone fully committed and dedicated is so inspiring. It's contagious and motivates me to go after my own goals with the same level of enthusiasm.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Running is my main hobby and you'll find me training for races pretty much all year round. Otherwise, I also enjoy top-rope climbing, skipping, swimming, cycling, and during the Summer seasons, taking my motorcycle for a rip!
