Describe what you do at UBC in 10 words or less:
Deliver impactful programs and services to support undergraduate Arts students.
What work achievement are you most proud of?
I started in my current role six weeks before virtual Imagine Day 2020, and really had to hit the ground running to pull it off. It was thanks to many amazing and supportive colleagues in the Faculty of Arts and Centre for Student Involvement and Careers that we were able to deliver a never-been-done-before Orientations experience for new-to-UBC students!
What trait do you most admire in others?
Curiosity - the desire to want to learn more!
What do you do regularly to invest in your mental and/or physical health?
I recently moved downtown, so my post-work routine is to go for a run along the seawall in Stanley Park. It helps balance out the rest of my evening, which typically consists of watching an incredible amount of reality TV. Come talk to me about all things Drag Race, Survivor, Top Chef, and more!
