What’s the best advice you ever received?

The best advice I ever received and still follow to this day is to live in the moment and never stress or sweat the small stuff especially, when they are beyond your control.  Life is too short, so enjoy it as much as you can.

Calm, quiet and patient.

What do you do regularly to invest in your mental and/or physical health?
