As an Administrative Head of Unit (Dean, Principal, Director, Head of Department, etc.), you are accountable for the security of systems and protection of personal information within your Faculty or Administrative Unit. It is critical that Administrative Heads understand this responsibility and take the necessary steps to secure systems.

Stay up-to-date with your UBC required training
In an effort to ensure UBC is compliant with required training, staff and student employees will begin receiving reminders through Workday. Please keep an eye out for this new notification and ensure you have completed the most up-to-date version of any required training. Even if you have completed required training in the past, you may still need to complete new or updated modules. Look out for notifications from Mar. 6.
